The lady I spoke to was friendly and tried her best to deal with my query. She had to leave me on hold whilst she spoke to a different department, but was apologetic to keep me waiting. Although she couldn't fully resolve my question, she told me what to do next.

I had a WiFi problem for a few days. Rang UW put through to the number that would deal with my problem. The gemtleman spent an hour relaying to me what I should do. He was very patient instructing me, his instructions solved my problem. Therefore I awarded 5 stars, well done UW.

I highly recommend Utility Warehouse. I spoke to Stuart Ritchie who went through everything with me and saved me £150 on my monthly bills which is a huge help.

This company has been reliable, given back money saved, kept the prices low as is possible under the circumstances. I use this company for all my household bills including insurance and mobiles. I have been with company for an over 14 years when I moved into the property.I have never compare prices because utility warehouse are good for their customers. Just as a bonus nothing is too much trouble. I am just an ordinary customer like yourself and on a personal level, it’s just one hassle to deal with.

I renewed my house contents insurance without any fuss. I do use some of their other services and find they offer good value for money in all of the one's I use. This applies to the house insurance.
